South Pacific

Serving Global Associate Director: Jerry Stott

About the South Pacific

A revival of the gospel has taken place in these vibrant island nations. Community and deep relationships are a way of life here, and many are eagerly evangelizing. However, pastors are needed more than ever to build up new believers and mentor local leaders as the church grows and expands.

Nations and territories with Foursquare presence: Australia, Cook Islands, East Timor, Fiji Islands, Indonesia, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Palau, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.

Priority Projects to be Funded

  • Host Discipleship + Leadership Training Events
Equip pastors in Papua New Guinea and nearby islands with biblical leadership trainings for relational culture. Trainings host 15 pastors in places such as Kiribati, and 50 in Papua New Guinea. Cost: $1,500 USD/15-person event.

  • Empower Women Across the South Pacific
Empower women and impact families, communities, and nations. Foursquare South Pacific Women Empowered events equip women to realize their value as they build leadership skills and encounter Holy Spirit transformation. Cost: $2,000 USD/event.

  • Rebuild Tonga Church, Hit by Cyclone
Rebuild the only Foursquare church, destroyed by a cyclone, in the Kingdom of Tonga. Locals rebuilt from ground up to functioning and are close to finishing. Cost: $5,000 USD/church. $9,000/parsonage. $32,000/youth dorm.

Give now. By giving to Foursquare Missions International’s Global Missions Fund, you spur on God’s kingdom growth throughout the South Pacific and to all the nations.
