The International Church of the Foursquare Gospel is a diverse body. We are made up of people from myriad backgrounds culturally, socioeconomically and ethnically. As a community, we are committed to honoring and celebrating our differences and unity.

Multicultural Ministry: Representation

In our global society, The Foursquare Church is dedicated to including and representing every ethnicity. To that end, the Urban Multicultural Council encourages and facilitates training for leaders overseeing multiethnic communities.

The formation of ethnic councils and networks invites discovery of new and existing groups, removes barriers to effective ministry and offers ministerial covering for leaders. Ted Vail, the Foursquare Missions International (FMI) director and vice president of global operations, serves as a liaison to the various councils and networks.

Multiethnic Networks

Multiethnic Networks are about connection, growth and community. Each network serves to link ministers currently in the field with others doing ministry who share the same ethnic background. Reach out to a Multiethnic Network and let a seasoned Network leader plug you in!

Foursquare Connection

Conexión Hispana is an amazing time of connection and celebration. Hosted each year during Foursquare Connection, this event brings together the Hispanic arm of The Foursquare Church. Also at our annual convention, you will find Multiethnic Connections, Affinity Networks and Affinity Groups and you’ll experience live translation of our general session into four to six languages each year. Visit foursquareconnection.org for more information, or contact the Foursquare Connection team.
